With 30 years of experience in Human Resources and People Strategy, Poliana Conti has partnered with executives and teams worldwide to drive transformation, build leadership pipelines, and create thriving cultures.
She has held global HR leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies such as Honeywell, Danone, Lucent Technologies, Avaya, and W.R. Grace, supporting leaders across industries and continents.

Daniela Shea is a Brazilian-born executive coach with over 20 years of professional experience in the United States, working globally across Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Education, and Technology industries. She partners with leaders to enhance performance, clarity, and purpose. Daniela is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation and a graduate Leadership Coach from Rutgers University Business School. She holds a Master of Science from Penn State University and works with clients in Portuguese and English.
Ebony Monk
Eboni Adams Monk is a Chief Commercial Officer and Strategic Advisor who partners with mission-led manufacturing organizations to drive sustainable and scalable growth. With extensive experience in commercial strategy, culture transformation, and executive alignment, she has held senior leadership roles including SVP of Marketing and global leader in commercial excellence for Fortune 500 B2B manufacturers. Eboni is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has led international teams to deliver market-aligned strategies, strengthen leadership, and improve customer-focused performance.

With deep expertise in human-centric design, leadership development, and organizational transformation, he has supported C-suite leaders through growth, complexity, and change across tech, biotech, pharma, and digital health sectors. Trisha Tayan is an executive coach and former senior HR executive with over 30 years of experience developing leaders and strengthening organizational performance. Adam Sutton is the founder of Sutton Business Velocity and a Total Rewards and compensation strategy expert with over 25 years of global experience advising Fortune 100 and multinational organizations, and holds a B.S. in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland. Throughout his career, Adam has led global total rewards strategy, incentive design, job architecture, and organizational integration, often supporting complex business transformations and mergers.
Adam brings his expertise in designing modern Total Rewards programs that motivate employees, strengthen organizational performance, and create sustainable value for both leaders and their teams.
